Magnum Opus .666 Magnum Hellbringer by Grebo-Guru Magnum Opus .666 Magnum Hellbringer by Grebo-Guru
This is a big, Big, BIG ol' revolver that I originally drew for "Solo of Fortune 2," a Cyberpunk 2020 roleplaying game supplement, but it wound up being published in "Blackhand's Street Weapons 2020" (and the core "Mekton Zeta" RPG rulebook) instead.

Anyway, this image is copyright and all R. Talsorian Games, Inc. No infringement intended or implied, etc.

I'm thinking about building a "prop gun" of this (using mostly wood...), and I'm also planning to build it with "moving parts."
How is this reloaded? How does the inner parts look like? (etc.) My brains are overheating from thinking... Braaaaains...

Ohhhh, how exciting! I'd love to see that.
As for how it is reloaded, well... Hmmmm.
Good question!
I always imagined it as a break-open type reloading design, but I must admit it doesn't actually look like it lends itself to that principle.
Hrm... not sure, honestly. :-/

SenInt, your link unfortunately came out as 15,742 characters of gibberish, so I hid your post. If you could generate a tinyurl.com link or something, that would be helpful.

Yeah, sorry...
What I meant; this kind of reloading might be closer for Hellbringer: www.gunpundit.com/1487.php (Hurray for short link text!)

Sure, of course. I agree completely -- that's how most revolvers work anyhow. Definitely the most appropriate choice. :-)

Then I need to read books about weapon functions (especially revolvers)...

Fortunately, revolvers are pretty simple mechanisms. :-)
